Twenty years of executive-level financial and operational leadership - now working for businesses your size.
I started my career as an accountant. Over the next two decades, I moved into senior leadership roles at fast-growing technology and healthcare companies — managing budgets with real profit-and-loss accountability, building and running teams across continents, and modernizing financial systems that hadn't kept pace with the businesses they supported.
Along the way, I noticed something: the kind of financial clarity and strategic thinking I was providing at that level almost never made it down to the businesses that needed it most — the small and mid-sized companies without the budget for a CFO or a full finance department. That gap is why I founded Kyma Advisors. Every client works directly with me, not a rotating junior staffer, and gets the same rigor I'd bring to a business ten times the size.
